About RRG Global
Operator-led, plainspoken, and specific.
Built on three decades of operator and channel-sales experience.
We are not a creative shop that discovered contractors. We come from operating and selling through channels, and we build the same way: install the system, name the owner, measure the outcome.
RRG Global is the for-profit services and agency arm. We work with pavement, sealcoating, roofing and exteriors, landscape and outdoor living, HVAC, plumbing, decks, and adjacent field-service companies — plus the trade associations that serve them.
Most of the companies we talk to are already paying for demand. Search, referrals, trucks, signage, and ads are all producing attention. The loss happens between that attention and collected cash: an unanswered phone, an estimate sent three days late, a quote nobody followed up on.
So we start by finding the leak. Then we install the smallest set of systems that closes it, and we report on booked work instead of impressions.
The method
Phase 1
Call & Cultivate
Get found, get called, and stay in front of the demand you already paid for.
Phase 2
Meet & Impress
Answer first, look credible, and make the estimate easy to say yes to.
Phase 3
Close the Deal
Follow up on schedule until the job is booked and the cash is collected.
Then and now
What changed in how contractors get hired.
| Stage | Then | Now |
|---|---|---|
| Getting found | A brochure site and a phonebook ad. | Search, maps, reviews, and paid placement working as one visibility system. |
| Answering | Voicemail after hours and during production. | AI front office answers, qualifies, and routes — with a human handoff rule for anything real. |
| Estimating | A number scribbled on a card, mailed or texted late. | Consistent scope and pricing presentation sent same day from a template. |
| Follow-up | Whenever someone remembers. | A scheduled sequence that runs on every open estimate without anyone remembering. |
| Reporting | Gut feel and a bank balance. | Calls, forms, estimates, booked work, and collected cash in one owner-readable view. |
Operating principles
How we work, in five lines.
01
Find the leak first
Before recommending spend, we map where calls, estimates, and follow-ups fall out of the pipeline. Most contractors do not have a demand problem; they have a conversion problem.
02
Install systems, not deliverables
A site, a listing, a call flow, and a follow-up sequence only pay when they operate as one connected system with clear ownership.
03
Speed is the product
The contractor who answers first and follows up on schedule wins work that the slower bidder never sees.
04
Plain numbers, plain language
Published rates, written scope, and reporting a business owner can read without a translator.
05
Say only what is true
We do not publish borrowed statistics, invented case studies, or claims we cannot show you the source of.
RRG Global does not publish performance claims, client names, or case studies without written permission and verifiable source data.
